A native of Seattle, Wash., and a graduate of the University of Maryland, Paula began her broadcast journalism career in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where she was a reporter and fill-in anchor. While in Idaho, she covered stories like the re-introduction of wolves, murder trials and floods, where she reported in waist deep water.
Paula moved to Missouri in the summer of 1999. She was driving across country, stopped in for a job interview and decided this was the place for her. Paula worked at KRCG-TV in Jefferson City as weekend anchor/reporter before being promoted to weekday anchor.
She joined KY3 News in August 2006. She is the founding anchor of KY3 News' Ozarks Today Weekend Edition.
