Weather has been a lifelong passion. Traveling around the world as a youngster exposed me to many different types of weather, including hurricanes and blizzards.

I graduated from St. Louis University with a degree in meteorology. I started working in television at WSIL-TV in Harrisburg, Ill. My second job was in Springfield, Mo., at KSPR-TV. Later, I went to KJRH in Tulsa, followed by KMOV in St. Louis. KY3 News has been home since 1993.

I enjoy outdoor sports, especially triathlons. Astronomy is another hobby and I love spending time on my farm. I have a wonderful garden and grow a variety of fruits and vegetables.
