No. 8: Loyola Blakefield

"I love Loyola," said an employee of Loyola Blakefield, an independent Jesuit school for boys grades six through 12. Located in Towson, Loyola has educated "men-for-others" since 1852, nurturing in each student a commitment to social justice, Christian service and academic excellence. One-third of the 100 faculty and staff are longtime employees of the school, with careers that span fifteen or more years. "I work with a great team," said another employee. "The students are well-mannered. The administrators are easy to work with. It is enjoyable to come to work every day."
