Ravens smash!

Timing is everything. Since the first <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORSPT000161" title="Baltimore Ravens" href="/topic/sports/football/baltimore-ravens-ORSPT000161.topic">Ravens</a> game of the regular season (Monday) falls within a day of this year's Baltimore Comic-Con (Saturday and Sunday), we decided to combine the two, for a Ravens comics edition of b. We asked illustrators in and around Baltimore to recreate five classic moments from Ravens history as comic strips.<br>

Before the 2012 season begins Monday night at <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLCUL000177" title="M&amp;T Bank Stadium" href="/topic/sports/football/m%26t-bank-stadium-PLCUL000177.topic">M&T Bank Stadium</a>, look back for a moment at these Ravens triumphs, from the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="EVSPR000004" title="Super Bowl" href="/topic/sports/football/super-bowl-EVSPR000004.topic">Super Bowl</a> victory to last year's <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PESPT00008918" title="John Harbaugh" href="/topic/sports/football/john-harbaugh-PESPT00008918.topic">Harbaugh</a> bowl, which pitted Ravens coach John Harbaugh against his brother, 49ers coach Jim. And we couldn't help but take a few shots at the Pittsburg Steelers, like <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PESPT000008633" title="Bart Scott" href="/topic/sports/football/bart-scott-PESPT000008633.topic">Bart Scott</a>'s punishing sack of Steelers quarterback <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PESPT000000873" title="Ben Roethlisberger" href="/topic/sports/football/ben-roethlisberger-PESPT000000873.topic">Ben Roethlisberger</a> in 2006. Let the games begin.
