( May 25, 2012 ) Ellen Wetmore has joined Franczek Radelet as an associate in its Higher Education Practice Team. Wetmore represents and counsels higher education institutions in areas, including employment and tenure matters, student affairs, institutional policies and legal compliance. She comes to the firm from DePaul University, where as a staff attorney she assisted with pending and potential litigation; advised on university policies procedures, and legal compliance; and drafted, reviewed, and negotiated contracts on behalf of the university. Wetmore has a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a bachelor's degree from Whitman College in 2004. |
