Four Seasons corporate office in New York tells On Your Side they're stepping in. For months, we've tried to talk to someone at headquarters. On Thursday, we finally got a response.

Before filing for bankruptcy, Springfield Sunrooms, operated as the Four Seasons local franchise. More than forty customers tell us they paid the local office, some in full and those projects are not finished.

Corporate would not answer any of our questions. We don't know how many customers they plan to help or when customers can expect the work to be done.

Here's the statement:

Thank you for contacting us regarding the bankruptcy of Springfield Sunrooms and their ceasing operations.

Four Seasons has been manufacturing home improvement products for over 40 years. These products are purchased by many independently owned and operated companies such as Springfield Sunrooms across North America and throughout the world. The products we sell come with a warranty from us, but this is where our liability ends. We massively value the trust that homeowners put in the Four Seasons brand and recognize the importance of ensuring that the name Four Seasons stands not only for quality of product but quality service too.

At this point, we are actively reaching out to Springfield Sunrooms customers in an attempt to get any and all information on these outstanding projects, from there we will determine how we might be able to best help in these unfortunate circumstances. We are looking to work with other companies in the local area that offer the Four Seasons line of products, with the hope that we can assist those homeowners who have been left wondering what to do in this situation. All home improvement projects are unique and we will look at them all on a case by case basis.

Thank you,
