Leigh's Lost and Found: Featuring a lost Husky mix

In today's Leigh's Lost and Found report, we're featuring an energetic little Husky mix, with those distinctive ice blue Husky eyes.

"She certainly acts like a puppy but we're guessing she's more of an adult. We think she's about 4 years old or so. She did have a black collar on but there were no tags on it and no microchip."

Animal control believes she's mixed with something since she's smaller than a typical Husky.

She loves to jump up and give kisses but she also loves a good belly rub. She's obviously been take care of and been socialized well with people and animals.

Someone found her on November 16th, running loose on Chestnut Expressway and brought her to the shelter.

If you recognize her, or if you've lost a pet, call animal control at 417-833-3592. You can also check out their website to see pictures of all the animals currently there and to fill out an online lost pet form.

Another great resource is the Leigh's Lost and Found facebook page. Anyone can post a lost or found animal on there so be sure to like the page and share it with your friends.
