1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup sliced kielbasa sausage
In a medium to large side he pan over medium high heat sauté the sausage until it begins to brown and crisp around the edges. Add olive oil and garlic and sauté for one minute.
