Adult low-carb lunchables
1 English cucumber
6 ounces thin sliced deli meat
6 ounces sliced deli cheese
Peel and thinly slice the English cucumber. Divide the cucumbers deli meat and deli cheese into four different packages. Eat like a regular lunch-able using cucumbers in place of crackers.
Low carb pinwheels
1/2 pound thinly slice deli meat.
8 ounces softened cream cheese
2 green onions chopped
6 ounces cooked chopped bacon
6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Divide the deli meat into three stacks. Lay the deli meat flat and spread the softened cream cheese on top. Talk to cream cheese with chopped green onions chopped bacon and cheddar cheese. Roll up the deli meat pinwheels. Slice into half inch wheels. Recipe makes three meals.
