Coconut mixed berry overnight oats
1/3 cup of instant oats
1/2 cup of coconut milk (not cream)
1 tablespoon of dried cranberries
1 tablespoon of toasted coconut
3 large blackberries
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-- In a small jar, stir together the oats, coconut milk, dried cranberries, and cinnamon
-- Top with fresh berries, toasted coconut, maple syrup and honey
-- Put the lid on the jar and allowed to sit overnight or for at least six hours
-- Remove the lid, stir ingredients together, and serve.
Recipe makes one serving.
