Taste of the Ozarks recipe: Bacon wrapped grilled peaches (7/6/16)

Bacon wrapped grilled peaches with fresh basil and balsamic glaze/B>


2 Freestone peaches
8 slices of bacon cut in half
4 tablespoons of reduced balsamic vinegar
4 large basil leaves, chopped
16 toothpicks,


-- Pit each peach and cut into eight slices
-- Wrap each peach slice with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpick
-- Using an outdoor grill or an indoor grill, pan grill bacon-wrapped peaches until the bacon is crispy
-- Remove peaches from heat and drizzle with balsamic vinegar
-- Garnish with chopped basil

Recipe serves six to eight.
