PIERCE CITY, Mo. - Missouri 97 will be closed around the clock at its railroad crossing just south of Missouri 37 this weekend. The closing should start about 7 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30, and last until 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3. Railroad crews will repair the rail crossing.
Drivers will have to find an alternate route around the closing. Drivers will be able to get to driveways and other entrances on both sides of the closing but they will not be able to travel through the work zone.
Weather and/or work scheduling conflicts could postpone the project.
