( August 21, 2012 ) Matt Maloney has been appointed to the board of directors at Merge Healthcare Incorporated. He will be filling the Board seat vacated by the retirement of Gregg Hartemayer. Maloney is co-founder and CEO of GrubHub. Prior to GrubHub, Maloney managed technology development at Apartments.com, a subsidiary of Classified Ventures. He also has a background in radiology from when he worked at the University of Chicago's Department of Radiology from 1998-2000 developing advanced CAD schemes for detection and classifications of masses and clustered microcalcifications. Maloney has a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, and a Master's degree and MBA from the University of Chicago. |
