Charles Arnold, 42, has been appointed partner in the shared services and Ooutsourcing advisory service network at KPMG LLP. He has 20 years of operations and management consulting experience. During his career, he has served as an outsourcing service provider, as chief technology officer for a management consultancy, and as chief operating officer of an information technology service management consultancy. He joined KPMG in 2011 when the firm acquired his prior employer, EquaTerra. 

Arnold holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University.
