Perkins Coie announced David B. Fournier has joined the firm¿s Chicago office as a partner in the firm¿s intellectual property practice. Fournier was most recently a Partner at K&L Gates LLP.  Prior to entering private practice, Fournier spent several years working as a patent scientist and patent agent with Pfizer Inc. Fournier earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law. He has a master's degree in biotechnology from Northwestern University and a bachelor's in biology from Lake Forest College.
