Here's a way to serve a little holiday cheer for those big New Year's Eve parties.
Big Whiskey's offers a four-course NYE meal for $30 a person. That includes an appetizer, an entree, dessert, a champagne toast and party favors to celebrate at midnight.
Big Whiskey's Holiday Party Punch
1 quart of orange juice
1 quart of pineapple juice
1 quart of fruit punch
1 two-liter bottle of ginger ale
1 small can of pineapple rings
2 oranges
2 limes
In a large punch bowl, pour OJ, pineapple juice, fruit punch and pineapple rings.
Add the Ginger ale; be sure to pour it on the side of the bowl so you don't lose the fizz.
Slice the oranges and limes into circles and drop them in.
To make this a spiked punch add 8 ounces each of amaretto, Southern Comfort and vodka.
