20 small fresh mozzarella balls
10 cherry tomatoes
10 basil leaves
5 tablespoons of reduced balsamic vinegar
10 toothpicks
With a toothpick, skewer 1 mozzarella ball, followed by a basil leaf, a tomato and then a second mozzarella ball. Repeat with the remaining nine toothpicks.
Arrange mini skewers on a tray and drizzle with reduced balsamic vinegar.
