Rogersville authorities are looking for a man who held up a convenience store. The robbery happened last night at Bill's quick mart on Glendale Drive. The Webster County sheriff's department says a man used a semi-automatic handgun to hold up the clerk..and got away with the money.

Two accused child molesters are charged in separate cases in Camden County. 56-year-old Walter Chester of Camdenton is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with his eight year old neighbor last month. He was arrested on Wednesday. And 51-year-old William Rowden of Eldon is accused of molesting the six year old daughter of his ex girlfriend last month. He was taken to jail yesterday.

A memorial service in Springfield this morning will honor law officers who have died in the line of duty. The service starts at ten o'clock at the Praise Assembly of God Church at 35-35 North Glenstone...it's open to the public.

LITTLE ROCK (AP) - Some Arkansas school districts did not collect all the taxes owed them under a new law, and the state plans to pay them. The Little Rock School District is tentatively expected to get the most back of any district, possibly $1.7 million.

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Finally, some good luck for a victim of Hurricane Katrina. Carl Hunter, who lost two homes in the storm, has won a 97-million-dollar Powerball jackpot. Hunter is 73 and owns a small construction company in Metairie (MEH'-tuh-ree) outside New Orleans. He picked up what turned out to be the winning ticket for a drawing last January when he stopped at a gas station to buy some milk. Claiming the prize yesterday, Hunter says he had some change and used a dollar to buy the ticket. His wife Dianne says, "It's all about milk."
