SPRINGFIELD -- It's kind of like a huge garage sale but everything is organized and clean and you can find it. If you have infants, teens or children of any age in between, you can find a lot of stuff at the consignment sale at the Ozark Empire Fair E*Plex -- everything from clothes to books to movies and toys even room decor for babies.
Three hundred people signed up to sell their stuff at the event.
"All of our consigners price their own items and tag them, prepare them and bring them and so they're going to get for them what they want," said Kim Green, owner of the consignment event.
There are no bargains at the consignment sale but everything does go through an inspection before it's put on the floor.
The sale runs Friday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday, many items at the sale will be half price. Clothes are generally priced 30 percent or less of retail prices.
