Cassils' guacamole dip 1/30/08

4 fresh Avocados
Juice of 1-2 lemons
Juice of 2 limes
¼ cup of chopped onion
¼ cup of chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
5 tablespoons of olive oil
½ cup of Half & Half
(to taste) salt and pepper

Mix these ingredients well in a blender. Mix in by hand ½ cup of diced tomato.

Serve with toasted fresh pita chips.
