A new recipe is featured nearly every Thursday on KY3 News at Noon and occasionally on Ozarks Today, the morning news program.  The most recent one is on top.  For older recipes, use the search engine in the left column.

Nicole Young [Nicole Lawson before her marriage in spring 2008] was our featured chef for a couple of years but she is now staying home with her first child, Lily Ann, who was born Sep. 29, 2009. She weighed 8 pounds and was 21 inches long when she was born.

Other recipes sometimes are prepared by specialists from the University of Missouri Extension Service, from the Missouri Egg Council, the Missouri Beef Council and other groups.
