Taste of the Ozarks recipes - information about our chef

A new recipe is featured nearly every Wednesday on KY3 News at Noon and occasionally on Ozarks Today, the morning news program.  The most recent one is on top.  For older recipes, use the search engine in the left column. 

Nicole Young (left) [Nicole Lawson before her marriage in spring 2008] is a graduate of Ozarks Technical Community College's Culinary Arts Department in Springfield.  Lawson works for Sedexho and is the chef for the dining halls at Missouri State University.

Other recipes sometimes are prepared by specialists from the University of Missouri Extension Service, from the Missouri Egg Council, the Missouri Beef Council and other groups.
