By Gene Hartley

1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
1 cup of green grapes
10 mint leaves, cut into thin strips
1 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar

In a small sauté pan, pour the balsamic and let it reduce by half on medium high heat until the vinegar starts to thicken slightly.  Remove from heat and allow to cool.

In a medium size bowl, combine strawberries, pear slices and grapes.  Toss to incorporate.

Portion out onto plates.  Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with fresh raspberries.
