2 ounces of chai tea powder
8 ounces of vanilla soy milk
4 ounces of nonfat vanilla ice cream
Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Serve immediately in a 20-ounce glass.
Bingham is promoting a "Taste of the Ozarks" event to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks. It’s Thursday, Aug. 21, from 6 - 9 p.m. at the White River Room at Bass Pro Shops’ Outdoor World Store.
People will be able to sample food from several restaurants in Springfield. A cash bar will be available for drinks. Silent and live auctions also will raise more money.
Attendees will have a chance to win $25,000 in a $100-per ticket raffle (only 650 tickets will be sold).
