2 bananas peeled and halved (widthwise)
2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
Skewer banana halves like a popsicle.
Melt chocolate in microwave stirring e ery 30 secs until smooth.
Once bananas are completely frozen, dip into melted chocolate covering entire banana.
Roll in crushed vanilla wafers, drizzle with caramel sauce.
Place on parchment line sheet pan and place in freezer until set.
