Avocado Fries
Yield 6
Ingredients
4 each ripe Avocados
2 cup buttermilk
1 cup seasoned all purpose flour
2 cup Panko Bread crumbs. (Japanese Bread Crumbs)
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup Tomato Salsa
1 cup vegetable or canola oil
Instructions
Cut avocado in half and remove pit, using a tablespoon remove the skin. Cut each half into four pieces.
Dredge each piece in flour then buttermilk then bread crumbs.
Heat ½ inch vegetable oil in skillet and sauté avocados until golden brown, or use deep fryer if available.
Remove and serve with a side of ranch and tomato salsa, garnish with chopped chives or green onion.
