Grilled Chinese long beans and radishes 8/27/09

1 pound of long beans
1/4 pound of radishes
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Olive oil
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
(To taste) salt and pepper

Cut radishes in half. Toss all ingriedients together except Parmesan cheese. Place on hot grill and cook until tender but crisp.

Take off heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Serves 4 as a side dish
