BBQ Pork Loin

Ingredients

 

Pork Loin

1 pork loin each

1 cup BBQ rub

1 baguette each

2 tbs aioli

1 cub BBQ sauce

wood chips

apple juice

BBQ Rub

.5 cup salt

1 cup can sugar

1 tbs cumin

2 tbs paprika

1 tbs pepper

1 tbs mustard powder

 

 

 

 

Directions

Rub pork loin with spice rub and let rest for 12 hours uncovered on an oven rack. Smoke pork at 180 degrees for 3.5 hours. Remove and let rest for ten minutes. Slice thinly and layer on grilled baguette. Finish with aioli, bbq sauce, pickles, sprouts or relish or whatever your favorite tailgate topping is.
