2 theories to explore:
The MRI facility is leaking radioactive material into the atmosphere, it is located 50 feet from the intersection of Erie and Pickwick.
The Abbey Apartments complex has been re-surfacing its roof, potential poisoning.

I know exactly what it was, some people were shooting off fireworks and "scared" them like what happened in Arkansas a couple summers back!!!!
