Pictures: Orders to destroy 29,000 pounds of raw cheese
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Mo. -- The Missouri Milk Board ordered 29,000 pounds of raw cheese to be destroyed. Friday morning state officials came to the Morningland Diary farm to empty the cooler filled with the cheese. During the course of the 2 year battle the cheese has been sitting in the semi trailer cooler. Owners of the farm say it was a estimated 250-300 thousand dollars worth of cheese. Morningland Dairy has stopped producing cheese and has stopped the business all together. Supporters against destroying the cheese came out to rally against the ruling.

This is a before picture when KY3 went to Morningland Dairy back in October of 2010. At this point the farm was pumping and dumping the milk hoping that everything would work out.
