Prosecutor charges restaurant manager following poor inspections

MOUNT VERNON, Mo. -- A fast food manager in Lawrence County faces criminal charges after the restaurant she runs kept failing health inspections. This is not common practice in Lawrence County but the prosecutor felt compelled to take action because of repeat violations found by the health department.
