4 ounces of white chocolate chips
2 ounces of heavy cream or milk (depends how creamy and rich you would like it)
1 tablespoon of raspberries(fresh or frozen)
A little raspberry sauce or jam for decoration (You can also add a little Chambord liquor to the sauce)

Stir well over medium low heat. White chocolate melts a little slower than dark and milk. Serve with graham crackers, marshmallows, pretzels and fruit for dipping with your sweetheart.
