Here are the issues that voters in Arkansas in the KY3 area decided on Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007, as reported by county election officials.

The tax races with the word "Tax Increase" indicate a for or against vote for the proposed increase. If "For" is the winner, the increase passes. If "Against" is the winner, the increase fails, and the tax rate stays at its current level. The other tax rates listed were a continuation of the current rate.
