( WPIX-TV / August 5, 2011 ) James Moss (right corner), the Staten Island man who stuffed his then-9 year old son in a kitchen oven as punishment, was sentenced to four months of prison on the weekends for the crime. The victim, seen here with his mother (left) and his case worker (right) was in court Friday where he begged a judge to give his father a lenient sentence. |
