Police in Ozark learned of six break-ins off Missouri 14 after a passerby flagged down an officer just before 5 a.m. Monday. Police say burglars hit every business in an area, including a tanning salon and an insurance office. Property owners say the burglars used rocks to break through their glass doors and into the building.

Nixa police say the same burglar is responsible for break-ins at a chiropractor’s office and insurance agency in their area. Both departments say they're searching for leads.
