REPUBLIC, Mo. -- Two men held up a pizza deliverer on Thursday night. The robbery was about 10 p.m. in the 1600 block of Windmill Way.
The victim said the robbery was in the parking lot of Windmill Way Apartments and said one robber had a silver revolver. Besides money, the bandits also took the victim's cell phone and told him to drive quickly from the area and to "not look back."
The deliverer called police once he got back to the Domino's store. City police looked for the robbers but didn't find them.
The victim describes one robber as black, in his early 20s, about 6 feet tall, medium build, with black hair, brown eyes and wearing a purple collared shirt under a black coat. He describes the second robber as white, in his early 20s, about 5-feet-7, medium build, with short blond hair.
