Vernon Street around 10 p.m.

The 1-year-old girl disappeared around 1:30 p.m. in north Springfield outside Save-a-Lot grocery store on Commercial Street at National Avenue.  Her father told police someone stole his car after he left the keys in it and ran inside an antique store to talk to someone.  Harmony and her 4-year-old brother were inside the car.

The father told officers that he witnessed a blonde-haired woman taking off in the car.  He said he chased it but was unable to make the driver stop.
