Walmart re-zoning issue packs in huge crowd at Springfield City Council meeting

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- An enormous crowd packed into Springfield's Historic City Hall on Monday night for a public hearing on a re-zoning issue that would pave the way for the construction of a new Walmart Neighborhood Market.  More than 50 people signed up to speak in favor and in opposition of the proposed re-zoning.
