HOLLISTER, Mo. -- Western Taney County firefighters say they may never know what caused a Sunday morning house fire in Hollister.
The fire was fully involved when firefighters arrived at the home in the 100 block of Walnut Street. Fire was also visible throughout the entire residence. Firefighters quickly worked to contain the fire to only the structure. A search of the building determined the home had been vacant for some time.
Investigators say they are unable to determine what caused the fire because of the extent of the damage.
