17-year-old student is charged with shooting out Bolivar H.S. windows, trophy case, sign
BOLIVAR, Mo. -- Police took two 17-year-old students into custody after shots were fired at Bolivar High School on Saturday about 10 p.m. One of the students was charged on Monday afternoon.
