Run To the Lights at Silver Dollar City 2012
NOTCH, Mo. -- More than 2,000 runners and walkers will compete in the sold-out Run to the Lights on Friday night. The event helps kick off the Christmas season at Silver Dollar City near Branson.
The race benefits The Caring People. The group was founded in 1997 by JoDee Herschend. It focuses on helping single moms who are looking for a way to meet other christian women. The single moms help each other make their lives better for themselves and and their children.
