Shrine Mosque: Brazil tragedy could have been prevented
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Police arrested four people on Monday for the nightclub fire in Brazil that killed 231 people and injured more than 100 others. Investigators there hope the people in custody will help them determine what went wrong. Meanwhile, people here in Springfield say the tragedy could have been prevented.
