The Bass Pro Conservation Marathon will kick off on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 7:00 am at Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, Missouri. KY3's Paul Adler ran the first five miles of the course on a training run with a GoPro camera so you could get a preview of race day.

Here's what the organizers have to say about the course, "we live in the Ozarks and that means we have hills!  However, all of the courses have gently rolling hills.  Our new courses have fewer hills and provide runners with more opportunities for a PR."
