Here’s an edited news release from the office of the U.S. attorney for the Western District of Missouri, John Wood:

Belia Aldaba-Chavez, 31, a citizen of Guatemala, and Juan Manuel Rivera-Lucio, 35, and Hugo Enrique Ocampo-Ocampo, 27, both citizens of Mexico, pleaded guilty on Tuesday before U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge James England to charges in separate indictments returned on June 27.  Saul Flores-Roblero, 25, a citizen of Mexico, pleaded guilty on Monday.

Each of the four defendants pleaded guilty to falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen, aggravated identity theft and misuse of a Social Security number.  In addition, Aldaba-Chavez, Rivera-Lucio and Ocampo-Ocampo each pleaded guilty to illegally reentering the United States after having been deported.
