Army identifies soldier who died at Fort Leonard Wood

FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. -- The soldier who died on the Army post Sunday night was Sgt. Jason Boling, who was with Fort Leonard Wood's Garrison Command. A criminal investigation of Boling's death is underway.

Military police found Boling "unconscious and unresponsive" at 9:17 p.m., according to a news release. Paramedics arrived a couple of minutes later but he was already dead.

The U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command is investigating.
