New developments in the deadly crash of a skydiving plane near Mount Vernon. One of the survivors is now suing Freefall Express Skydiving. Two people were killed..five others survived the April 19th crash. Witnesses say the Cessna started to spin out of control as it turned around over the target zone. Tera Smith of Overland Park, Kan., is seeking damages to cover medical expenses.

A Kansas City man pleads guilty to robbing a Springfield bank. Steven Baugh admits he robbed the Great Southern Bank on east Kearney last month. Federal prosecutors say Baugh gave a teller note threatening to shoot her if she didn't give him money. He could face up to 40 years in prison.

CUBA, Mo. (AP) - Authorities say a married mother of four in eastern Missouri is accused of having sex with teenage boys. Crawford County sheriff's deputies arrested 41-year-old Linetta Holmes of Cuba, accusing her of engaging in sexual activities with at least a six boys since March.

ST. LOUIS (AP) - One of the new owners of the St. Louis Rams says the team isn't going anywhere, despite speculation to the contrary. Yahoo Sports is reporting that the Rams are on the market and being shopped for up to 900 million dollars, with a sale raising the possibility of a return to Los Angeles.
