LAKE OZARK, Mo. -- Divers found the body of a 9-year-old boy on Monday morning in Lake of the Ozarks. Zachary West of Eureka died in a helicopter crash on Sunday evening near mile marker 15.

The chopper plunged into the water just before 7:30 p.m. Five people were on board. The pilot, Keith Baker, 50, and three passengers made it out okay. The passengers are Anna Bierman, 24, Nick Baker, 13, and Michael Bart, 13.

Witnesses say the chopper had only been up seven or eight minutes when it tried to land at a private home about 7:20. It spun out of control and plunged into 35 feet of water.

The FAA will look for the cause of the crash. Emergency responders on the scene suspect mechanical problems.
