SHAWNEE BEND, Mo. -- A deadly helicopter crash at Lake of the Ozarks on Sunday evening is now under the scrutiny of federal investigators. Zachary West, 9, of Eureka died after the helicopter went down near Mile Marker 15 at the lake, across the water from Lake Ozark and Osage Beach.

Divers recovered the boy's body at the bottom of the lake, still inside the wreckage of the helicopter. Crash investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board arrived here on Tuesday to begin their investigation.
