- prolonged moderate rainfall will continue through the morning hours before gradually starting to shift south and southeast later today. Widespread storm total rainfall amounts ranging from two to four inches are expected across the watch area.
- Flooding of small streams and creeks is occurring and expected to become more widespread. Larger Stem rivers will also experience rises...exceeding flood stage in some locations. Many low water crossings will become impassable. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding.
