WILLARD, Mo. -- A state fire marshal's investigator is trying to determine what sparked a house fire southeast of Willard on Friday morning. When the owner returned home, he saw flames shooting through the roof of the house in the 4900 block of West Spinnaker Lane near Highway O.
About half of the home received fire damage; the rest has smoke and water damage.
