GREENVIEW, Mo. -- A 63-year-old man from St. Louis County drowned on Thursday afternoon. The Missouri State Water Patrol says someone last saw Ronald Lichtenberg of Florissant on the steps of a
retaining wall in Camden County. About 15 minutes later, someone found him in the water. A neighbor tried unsuccessfully to revive Lictenberg.
